| SUMMARY OF SERVICES |
| Market Analysis: We will provide clients with a current market analysis by comparing the attributes of their home to properties that have recently sold in the vicinity and also to properties currently on the market. Should clients desire a more formal and comprehensive report, we will assist them in arranging for certified appraisal which would be prepared for them on a fee basis. |
| Office Promotion: We promote clients' property to fellow sales associates/office staff. All listings will be represented by our office when shown. We provide an individualized marketing packet which includes photos, property disclosures, and all relevant marketing data pertinent to the property. |
| Computer Network: We are a member of the State Multiple Listing Service which provides state-wide access for real estate brokers. We are also connected to the World Wide Web, and listings may be viewed by the public via our website. |
| Advertising: We also promote client's property through various mediums such as area newspaper ads, The Real Estate Book, MLS, Realtor.com, etc. |
| Financing: We will assist you with information on the different types of financing available and will help you determine which will best serve your interest. We also have on file, bank mortgage rates and names of bank representatives who will work with potential buyers to obtain a loan. |
| Offers: We will inform clients of ALL offers as they are presented. We will assist clients in all negotiations. Upon agreement of an offer, we will monitor the progress of the Purchase and Sale Agreement and keep clients informed through to the closing of the property. |
| Prepare your Home for Showing: With buyers, the first impression counts! A small investment in time and money will give your home an edge over other listings when the time comes to show it to a prospective buyer. We will be glad to offer suggestions that will enhance the salability of your property. |
